Terms of Service

1. The Service

Youtio provides AI-assisted tools to help optimize YouTube metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, and related suggestions) and optional Studio helpers. Youtio is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to bypass plan limits, or violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Plans, Credits, and Payments

Features and monthly credits depend on your plan, enforced on our servers. Unused credits and limits reset according to product rules shown in the dashboard.

Automated card checkout may not be live; paid plans may be activated by an administrator. If third-party payment processors are enabled later, their terms also apply to payment data.

4. YouTube and Google

You must comply with YouTube’s Terms of Service and Google’s policies when using connected accounts or Studio automation. You authorize Youtio to access only the Google/YouTube data needed for features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can disconnect channels in Youtio and revoke access in your Google Account.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to crack, reverse engineer entitlements, or attack the Service.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Do not overload or scrape Youtio APIs beyond normal product use.
• Do not upload secrets you are not allowed to share (except your own optional API keys in the dedicated profile fields).

6. AI Outputs

AI suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and publishing content on YouTube. Youtio does not guarantee search ranking, views, or monetization outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service software, branding, and design are owned by Youtio or its licensors. You retain rights to your own content. You grant us a limited license to process your submitted content solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or YouTube policy actions against your channel. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the three months before the claim (or zero if you used only a free plan).

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. After deletion, data handling follows the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The Last Updated date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future use.
